- Travel Mint reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or operational issues.
- Any additional cost arising due to such changes shall be borne by the traveler.
6. Liability
- Travel Mint acts only as an intermediary between travelers and service providers such as hotels, airlines, and transport services.
- We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, loss, injury, or damage caused by third-party providers.
7. Health & Safety
- Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel.
- Any health or medical condition must be disclosed at the time of booking.
8. Force Majeure
Travel Mint shall not be held liable for any failure or delay due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
9. Code of Conduct
- Travelers are expected to behave responsibly and respect local laws and customs.
- Travel Mint reserves the right to terminate services without refund in case of misconduct.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials on Travel Mint platforms are the property of Travel Mint and may not be used without permission.
