Refund and Returns Policy

1. Introduction

At Travel Mint, we strive to provide the best travel experiences. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, refunds, and changes are processed.


2. Booking Cancellation by Customer

  • All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email at info@travelmint.in
  • Cancellation charges will apply based on the timing of the cancellation:
    • 30 days or more before travel: Minimal cancellation fee
    • 15–30 days before travel: 25% of total package cost
    • 7–14 days before travel: 50% of total package cost
    • Less than 7 days / No Show: 100% cancellation charges

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days after cancellation approval
  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method
  • Any bank charges or transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable:

  • Flight tickets (subject to airline policy)
  • Visa fees and processing charges
  • Travel insurance
  • Special or promotional bookings

5. Changes & Amendments

  • Any changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
  • Requests for modifications must be made in advance via email

6. Cancellation by Travel Mint

  • In rare cases where Travel Mint cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered:
    • An alternative package, or
    • A full/partial refund depending on the situation

7. No Show Policy

  • Failure to arrive at the destination or use booked services without prior notice will be treated as a No Show
  • No refund will be provided in such cases

8. Force Majeure

Travel Mint shall not be held responsible for cancellations or delays due to events beyond control such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions. Refunds in such cases will depend on supplier policies.


9. Early Departure / Unused Services

  • No refunds will be provided for unused services or early departure from the trip
